Cartwright & Butler Tracking Order Status

I ordered some fudge from Cartwright and Butlers on their website yesterday afternoon. It arrived today at lunchtime. Excellent quality and well packaged. Thank you so much. 😁

I've always held C&B products in high regard and love their cranberry & orange minced pies but I just can't take to the winter spiced cranberry & orange shortbread. I always think shortbread flavour inclusions should be subtle but the spiced cranberry & orange is just overwhelming. The texture is lovely, it's just the flavour. Sadly one to avoid

I was told that I would receive a refund on the 15th of April within 7 to 10 working days. I still haven't received a refund. I phoned customer services and the lady that I spoke to was rude, abrupt and made it clear by her tone that she couldn't be bothered. So now I have to wait another 10 days to see if they can manage to issue me a refund. They have lovely food, but after this experience I won't be purchasing anything from their website.

Bought a range of chocolate and savoury treats from here. Excellent service dispatched really quickly and all extremely well packaged. The treats in tins will make excellent little gifts when invited for dinner at friends or neighbours. Highly recommend
