Carphone Warehouse Tracking Order Status

Easy to order and pay for what I wanted to online to be delivered to a Carphone Warehouse near my home. I got a phone call after a day and arranged to collect it the following day. As a final check they asked me to put the card that i had used online to pay for the phone in the card reader and put my pin in. Unfortunately the machine had a problem recognising the card. So the assistant had to ring someone at head office to sort it out. Even with my driving licence and putting my bank app on phone where the transaction could be seen we could not proceed with the deal untill head office said so. This took over 30 mins and the assistant apologised constantly but it wasn't her fault Eventually we got the phone and went Got to admit it put a bit of a damper on things
