Carmoola Tracking Order Status

Really easy app to get through step by step....love how it's so easily customised so you can work out exactly what you will pay for different cars/deposits etc. The best part was how quickly the funds were ready, 15 minutes the payment was ready in my virtual wallet! the salesman at the garage was saying how it wouldn't work like that, so I was glad to prove him wrong! Plenty of emails to keep us in the loop, really impressed would 100% recommend

I was a bit skeptical at first.but once I logged on to the app and started the process it has been the easiest option for buying a new car . The support has been brilliant and they are quick to respond to any queries . Highly recommend

I Purchased a vehicle from Cinch cars and used Carmoola to finance the car in 2023 unfortunately after 2 years the engine failed these things happen and I don't blame Cinch or Carmoola,Carmoola were good by assisting me with the return of the vehicle and sent out a Dekra inspector and the car was deemed to have had developing issues at the point of sale and upheld my complaint after a long struggle I have had my finance agreement unwound and I really appreciate that but I have still ended up worse off as here's the thing .I purchased the vehicle for £5848 (Total with interest +-£8900) and paid installments of £3502 up to when it has been settled/unwound.The settlement on the vehicle was £4113 and the last estimated value of the vehicle on Carmoola's app was about +-£2600.Then I have been charged 45p per mile of usage totalling £3055 and received a refund of £455 I feel this is unfair as the total amount now Carmoola has received is not far of the total finance agreement anyway as ,£3055 +£4113 from Cinch is a total of £7168.Although I am told 45p is the rate that Carmoola charge Cinch had confirmed there rate would have been 25p per mile of usage considering the age of the vehicle and value and I think that's a fair figure presented when it was unsure of how it would be settled between Cinch and Carmoola , so I feel I have been taken advantage of by Carmoola as to make up as a much of the shortfall as possible on the deal,but at the end of the day I received a defective vehicle. Again a appreciate the unwinding of my agreement but i feel I have been hard done by .

5 star from start to finish and so simple and efficient compared to previous finance companies no waiting at the dealership tap pay and drive away.

Great app, easy to use with clear instructions. Good support throughout. From downloading app to picking up car took 6 days!
