Don't get me wrong here they make amazing canvases and the turnaround time as quickly. On the other hand the customer service is absolutely atrocious on this website and you'll never get what they promise you. I was charged FedEx Duty for $14.56 and they told me in multiple occasions that they would send me an instant credit or PayPal once I sent them the bill. I sent them the bill and back and forth over the past 1 month I've only received a couple replies and they have never yet given me my instant credit to the account to cover the fee. Also don't bother calling their phone number their phone number does not work either it's a fake phone number. It just sits you on hold for hours and hours listen to the same song over and over again. The website lists these items as being manufactured in the united states. Nothing that they print and send you is made in the United States it is all Made in India and ship from India direct. I have not seen customer service this bad ever from a company. They answer your emails you give them the answer that they're looking for and yet they still don't help you with it. My next option now is doing a chargeback on my credit card. I have all proof in writing of what they told me they would cover and yet they have not covered any of it yet. Stay away stay far away.

Canvas Champ Canada??? I think not! The products are all made and shipped from India. I ordered 2, and they are both terrible quality. Image quality is not what I sent them, there are waves in the canvas, as well as small "pits" where the image is missing. Do not Buy! You wont' be happy.

You get what you pay for. Orders only show up half the time, customer service is literally a waste of time. I have ordered canvas, and mugs. The canvas has good quality print, but every single one had some sort of damage or mark on it. The ink from the mugs bleed in the dishwasher. Also I noticed all the cardboard they ship stinks like sewage or garbage.

To be clear, I have no complaints about the quality of this company's products. While I've only ever dropshipped them to customers, I've never had any negative feedback—hence 2*. Their customer service, on the other hand... I spoke to Dexter on their online chat form. My complaint was the following: I paid $50 for priority shipping, on the basis that it advertises "ships within one business day". 2 business days later it still hadn't shipped, which impacted my Amazon seller metrics. Firstly, Dexter told me "hopefully it will be with you by the delivery date, nothing else we can do". That alone is a pretty egregious response to a customer who's spent $50 for one-day shipping. We then went through about 5 iterations of him completely missing the point, and simply telling me "hopefully it will be delivered on time". It took about 15 minutes for me to get through to him on the point about delayed shipping. A few times he just stopped replying until prompted multiple times. At one point he actually started typing at me in all-caps, telling me he'd explained everything and I wasn't "adhering" to what he was telling me (whatever that means). The all-caps incident is what pushed me over the edge into leaving this review. But this part of the conversation takes the prize (copied and pasted verbatim): {Dexter I could transfer this chat to one of my team members if you would like Benjamin Ok. Do they have the authority to issue a refund? Dexter I'm sorry but no Benjamin Then what would be the benefit of transferring the chat to them? Dexter If they could give you the same soloution Benjamin You want to transfer this chat to someone else so they can give me the same solution as you? Dexter Yes sir} TWICE he then abruptly closed the chat because "it looked like you'd stepped away". I type at 120WPM and was sending single-sentence replies. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. But "shout" at me for raising a legitimate complaint, and your name gets plastered all over Trustpilot for your manager and the rest of the senior staff to read. I was once wisely advised "never to attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by ignorance." But sometimes you find yourself dealing with a bit of both.

As a long time customer of canvas champ, I didn’t think twice about ordering from them again as I’ve been quite happy in times past with the quality of their products. Having moved into a new house, I chose 3 large print framed canvases and eagerly awaited their arrival. Shipment came sooner than expected, so that was a bonus. I did have some issues with the quality of the product, it wasn't what I was expecting so I emailed them regarding the order. I'd ordered sawtooth hangers on all the prints, only one of them came with sawtooth hangers. The frames were cheap, duct tape held the prints in place and these were not printed on canvas. Rather, it's some kind of pressboard material they're using. It looks like something you'd see hanging on the wall of a cheap motel. Not what I envisioned when I sent my proofs in for print and spent over $200 for 3 prints. After leaving my initial review, Stanley at Canvas Champ customer service reached out to me. He was very helpful and understanding, and after some back and forth, he offered to have them reprinted on canvas in gallery wrap at no additional cost. I was impressed to say the least. So I waited for the new prints to arrive. When the new prints arrived, I was disappointed once again. They're exactly the same as the last ones but in a smaller size. They're not canvas, not gallery wrapped, duct tape on the back and it's still pressboard that they're printed on. I agreed to having them reprinted on actual canvas rather than get a refund as I still wanted to give them a shot and get the product I'd ordered. Unfortunately, that's not what happened. One came with a big scratch down the face of it and a bump that's clearly visible on the surface and again in the cheap frames with duct tape holding the back together. No canvas, no gallery wrap I hate leaving unfavorable reviews but as a long time customer of Canvas Champ and giving it a second chance after seeing their outsourced products were nothing like the ones I used to get, I feel it's prudent to warn others about this experience. Stanley, the customer service rep who assisted when I left the original review was very kind and helpful, but somewhere between A and B (customer retention and production) something is missing. I'm going to have to find somewhere else to order these prints, Canvas Champ just isn't cutting it these days.
