Cabin Zero Tracking Order Status

They don't deduct the 20% UK VAT from international orders. That is the reason they are hugely overpriced, even not considering taxes in the destination country. Add to this completely worthless customer support, and get zero stars in the total.

The bag is OK, but probably overpriced. However, they offer no free returns, even within the UK, which means having to pay 10+ pounds to return an item. Not great.

Nei giorni successivi ho constatato che il tracking è NULLO. Per non generare equivoci la ricerca l'ho fatta su molte piattaforme ma il tracking risulta essere INESISTENTE e, nonostante continuo a sollecitare, la merce non arriva. Ho chiesto il rimborso ma fanno finta di niente. Mi offrono un pseudo buono da 20 sterline per fare un altro acquisto (HA! HA! HA!). Fate ATTENZIONE. ATTENTION; on January 2, 2023 I PURCHASE AND paid to Cabinzero for the shipment of two 28L backpacks; on January 3, 2023, I received an email with the tracking. In the following days I found that the tracking is NULL. In order not to generate misunderstandings, I did the research on many platforms but the tracking turns out to be NON-EXISTENT and, despite continuing to urge, the goods do not arrive. I asked for a refund but they pretend nothing happened. They offer me a £20 pseudo voucher to make another purchase (HA! HA! HA!). Be careful.

The product itself is handy, however after paying £5 for next day delivery and to receive the product 4 days after the shipping date was disappointing - I would shy away from paying the extra money. The customer service was agent was unhelpful and could not articulate as to why it arrived so late so just told me to have a nice day

Poor quality product, looked ok out of the box but a couple of days carrying it and it already looks shabby.
