Extremely quick delivery and excellent products as always, they do exactly what they say on the tin and remain good value for money when comparing with a lot of the market. Generally my go-to destination when restocking on my supplements.

Prices have skyrocketed. Their “discounted prices” are just the standard prices. Just a marketing ploy to make you think you’re saving money when that’s just the real price. Bored of it from bulk so shop elsewhere now.

I ordered banana fudge beef protein and for some reason it selected unflavoured. Which is disgusting !! I contact Bulk and rather than just sending me a new pouch of the right flavour! Like most companies would. They send me a stupid little bottle of liquidflav they doesn’t do anything and will certainly not last 2.5kg!! So on customer service I’d say pretty poor service. I know have protein that I can’t use. They also use evri and delivery is a bit hit and miss, again just about money saving rather than supporting customers.

Bulk is probably the best vegan protein powder I've had. It's still a little bitty, if you have it on it's on. Within a shake, it's great, can't taste the bittiness. I think a great idea would be to sell a 'sample flavour scoop' so we can try the flavours instead of purchasing a whole bag that doesn't taste nice. I would buy a scoop of all the flavours so I know which ones I can buy. Overall, a great purchase and customer service. The website is really easy to navigate too.

I've been using Bulk for 15 years and I've always loved their products. I appreciate the positive changes they've made through the years with new products and packaging.
