Bugatchi Tracking Order Status

Excited to find such a classy looking shirt for the amount of $$ i spent - $179...more than i used to spend on suits!!! Classic fit covered my belly nicely. (i tried to show link but they do not allow) I noticed though the 100% cotton felt funny but i thought that was the part that made it "unique" and worth the money. But upon trying to get CREASES out of newly wrapped shirt, it did not "Smooth" well at 1st ironing...Then later that evening after an hour's wear, i saw myself in mirror and shirt CREASED UP from car ride and whatever. I WOULD EXPECT CLASS $179 SHIRT TO STAY SHARPER SOMEHOW!

Upon ordering several hundred dollars worth of clothing from their store online (I believe they were shipped from S Florida location), the gentleman who reviewed the order could see I had made a mistake and would not be afforded a refund (trying to figure out sizing on pants that were on sale/unrefundable). He called me to point this out and saved me quite a bit of money. That is great customer service right there. Thanks, Bugatchi! -- Emile in SC

This is a review of the brand as a whole not an individual purchase. I really like the subtle details and overall quality of their shirts, pocket squares & socks. They are above average in both design and quality. I haven't purchased a sport jacket from them but I'm sure I will and be happy with it. Because of the complexity of the stitching in the socks, some can fray a little earlier than expected but overall Bugatchi is my go-to for dress shirts.
