Broadway.com Tracking Order Status

Bought last minute tickets to Phantom of the Opera. Everything was smooth and as expected, received tickets to my phone almost instantly. Good service!

Poor communication. Wrong information provided along the way. You get a bad feel along the way. Wish I had checked trustpilot before. Live and learn. Poor deal in my opinion, when checking afterwards ;-(

I bought tickets to Watch Aladdin with my son but unfortunately we would not be able to attend due to my son not being vaccinated. I emailed Broadway.com and within minutes got a reply offering a full refund. Holly was really helpful and I got a full refund 24 hours later. I will definitely use Broadway.com again and Holly thanks again for your help.

We have been using Broadway Travel for about 8 years now, originally through TravelZoo, and then we just started using them direct. We decide where we want to go and simply ring Broadway to help us decide the best hotel. This time we had Janet (Masher), who was just as helpful and friendly as we have come to expect. Ibiza booked! :-)
