Brightside Tracking Order Status

I meet with Cynthia Jeffrey on a biweekly basis and she’s been nothing but great. I feel like I can relate to her on a lot of my struggles which helps me feel like I’m not alone. She has given me very good advice and techniques to use while dealing with anxiety. I’m excited for my appointments which doesn’t happen often with therapy. I’ve also had to contact the help line and they’ve always been very helpful and nice. Most recently I had to cancel an appointment with a late notice due to a family member being hospitalized and the rep was very empathic. The website is sooo much easier to navigate compared to the old vendor I was using. 100% would recommend!

My doctor, Paula Zacaro, has been very helpful. Professional and able to walk me through everything. She is very genuine and understands what I am talking about and going through. I have complete trust and confidence in her abilities and care.

Very happy with my therapist and the ease of scheduling

My therapist Norma Jean is very knowledgeable & shares easily little methods to help me handle my problems, particularly as I’ve had so many recently due to multiple issues with my health. She considers the whole person, the physical & the psychological & comes up with easily applicable solutions that bring me such piece of mind. Her genuine caring nature & compassion come through in every conversation we have and she’s reinstated me with more confidence and positivity, things I was so desperately lacking . I can’t imagine where I’d be without her! I’m very very grateful for her care!
