BOY London Tracking Order Status

ordered an item that ended up being too big - contacted about an exchange, sent it back, new item arrived - all went to plan :-) I first wore a Boy t-shirt back in 1987(?) so this was a nice throwback to my youth!

The clothes are really good quality but this review is more about the customer support. It has put me off and I won’t be buying anymore from this company or its sister company criminal damage. A couple days after being informed that my package was on its way to the delivery partner, I noticed the post code was slightly wrong. Tried to contact the shipping company who advised BOY should contact them. I had reached out to them by email and the enquiry form on their website but didn’t hear back for 2 whole days. By this point the items were on the way, and fortunately I was given the option to pick my package up from my local supermarket instead once the package was out for delivery. I just checked my emails and they have now responded. The email made absolutely no sense, they blamed me for entering the wrong post code and they called me by the complete wrong name. Lazy customer service!

Great deal online and a super quick delivery. I bought a tracksuit top and using the size guide and reviews from other Happy customers it fit beautifully. Really good quality. Would definitely recommend

nearly 50 years. just like me. remember as a teen in the 80s. quality, packaging, delivery 5*. but honestly, the fabric choice and construction/seamstresses/stressers....par excellence

Blame to the Pet Shop Boys, I have been a customer since 1988. It's been ages since my last shopping but I realized, recently, you might be on the web. So after all that, I have become, again, your customer. The range is wide, but you keep the old designs alive and that's, to me, the top thing. Shame of the delays because of the Post issues you and I have been experiencing lately but, again, it is a proof of your care, the feedback you provide regarding the delays. The shopping process is easy and I'll look forward to keep on shoping a long time on the future
