Everyone at Camberley store were great. They made us feel at ease. I had great eye test with Mr. Pathak. He explained everything with great patience. We were on a short trip and needed our glasses urgently .They made sure we got our glasses in time. Thank you Camberley store.

Royal Mail delivered my parcel into the bin… My bin got emptied and so did the parcel. I contacted boots, they opened an investigation and in the end replaced my parcel for me. Thank you very much for dealing with the issue and resolving it.

I didn’t realise that Boots do not give points on my advantage card for payments using gift cards. If this is true, it’s a disgrace.
