Boost Infinite Tracking Order Status

My bill is due and now I’m getting charged for a phone that’s free everything was fine for the first 8months and they keep telling me someone is going to reach out to me and my bill is on auto pay which is not fair I’m constantly trying to get this resolved and nothing has been done

I am an existing customer for about 2 months now. The customer service is pretty good. They're helpful and the response time is good. The phone I got through them is solid and I really enjoy this phone. My problem is the service is horrific. Every call is dropped. When I do get a call it mutes the conversation for atleast 30 seconds every 1-2 minutes. Constantly loses signal. I really hope they resolve these issues. I'm stuck for 3yrs or till I pay the phone off which ever comes first. Please fix because at this rate I will return to metro pcs

Ported from ATT to Boost Infinite in Oct 2023. Service has improved since then. Def had growing pains but solid choice for me. Only gripe is there are certain features it still hasn’t implemented on the app that are basic for the other carriers. Word of advice, please research before considering boost and see what’s available in your area do not blame boost when everything is literally online.

I was in a very VERY awful situation, and not only did Nick (agent ID: 5Q7) go so far above and beyond what I could have ever expected but he spent hours doing so, late at night, without even having to do everything he did to basically ensure my safety and security in the spot I was having. Never have I ever experienced such awesome service from anyone in the past and he deserves to be recognized for this. Incredible guy. You won't find a more quality person in every way than Nick. Anywhere. Ever.

Great deal, and great customer service. Phone came in 2 days and it works amazing . Had it about 5 days and all my calls are clear and smooth. Internet is fast and everything else is top notch. I'm in southern California and I get great reception. Not sure why people are leaving negative reviews...haters I guess. Definitely call them when you are ready to activate your phone. It takes about 45 minutes or less . They are very thorough and helpful. They call your previous carrier and switch you over if you are keeping your old number. No complaints so far. Already recommended to my roommates as well. Great deal. I got the galaxy s24 ultra with the extra storage. Very nice phone.
