Boats.net Tracking Order Status

Boats.net has been my go-to for years when I need OEM parts at the best price, and I always use OEM on the engine and outdrive. They are always quick to ship and usually have the parts I need in stock. The only issue I have is if I only need a few small parts shipping costs are pretty high.

Almost always have what I need. Had to contact them personally in reference to a part they shipped that I thought was the wrong part no. They did inform me the old part no. had been superseded and the one they sent was the replacement. They knew what they were talking about.

This is the second time I ordered a part that they said was in stock buy actually wasn't and was out of stock and waiting for parts to be made and delivered to boats.com. Both times I received an email after a day or two after placing order that the part wasn't in stock.

Good organized web site, easy to order. I have ordered the parts to my Tohatsu 4 stroke outboard motor on October 2022. The items ( 3YL064010 ECU ASSY (20) (Tohatsu), propeller 3x9.25x11) arrived in the time, well packed and very good work!

I ordered some cables which I have not yet recieved. Called about it a over a week ago and was told they should ship the next day. Still no cables. No follow up letting me know what's happening. An email explaining the delay would be nice.
