Blue&Cream Tracking Order Status

3 stars as so far no response. Placed an online order nearly 3 weeks ago. Charged, but no confirmation of shipping. Have emailed 3 times with no response. Would appreciate some information please or will need to cancel the transaction via PayPal.

I give it four stars because the shipping time. I didn't think that it takes that long to receive my order to be honest, considering that I didn't order my dress from overseas but it took weeks for them. Everything else was great. Still thanks tho.

I was searching for the agolde criss cross shorts in a size 23 and came across Blue & Cream. I read the reviews here and got a little worried about buying from them but they were the only place I'd found with a 23 and they were on sale for almost half of retail. My experience was great. I purchased on a Sunday, my order shipped Monday, and I received my item by Thursday. I didn't need to do a return, but there was an instructional card with my package on how to request one if I needed to. Overall I'm super happy with Blue & Cream!

My family owns a shipping company and the reviews you see on this site for Blue & Cream due to shipping are understandable; however, please don't prevent you from ordering from them. Shipping is really bad everywhere at the moment and throughout this entire pandemic, so you have to be patient with all sellers. This seller is in fact a trustworthy and kind seller. I did inquire about my shipment of a pair of Aviator Nation pants and they were honest about it. I appreciate honestly and quick response and that's what I received. The pants came within a reasonable amount of time and they were nicely packaged and beautiful on. Blue & Cream has some really unique pieces that are difficult to find, so shop with them and just be aware shipping can be challenging for sellers.
