BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse Tracking Order Status

A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO WE ATE AT THE BJs RESTAURANT IN NEW BRAUNFELS TX. OUR SERVER ROBERT M. (#274) WAS ONE OF THE BEST SERVERS WE HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE. HE WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR. THE FOOD WAS ALSO GREAT. THANK YOU ROBERT

BJ's service was excellent. Wide variety menu options. Generous portions. Good value for price of items. Great Bar and Delicious Deserts. Very Courteous and Knowledgeable Staff

I placed an order through Grubhub and never received it. They cancelled my order 45 minutes AFTER it was due to be delivered. They said the restaurant closed early and the driver was unable to get my food. I spoke to the manager at BJ’s and found out that was not the case. My food was made and the driver did not pick it up before close. He was very patient (I was so upset) and treated me with complete respect. He said this type of issue is not uncommon with 3rd party delivery services unfortunately but I could tell he genuinely felt terrible. He mailed a gift card to me and offered to treat myself and my co-workers to a complimentary meal at the hospital where we work. He even said they would personally deliver it. Even though it certainly wasn’t his responsibility or duty to offer anything I truly appreciated the fact that he listened and did whatever he could to repair the customer/establishment relationship. The food is so uniquely delicious and the company really cares about the customers satisfaction. I predict they will be serving my community for a very long time and I will do my best to send lots of business their way! Nicely done BJ’s!
