Bizzotto IT Tracking Order Status

Ho acquistato un bellissimo tavolo e dei mobili per il soggiorno, sono pienamente soddisfatta, ottimi prodotti.

We bought an Arkansas table (price: 1300 €), but was wondering if it's possible to oil the surface to make it more shiny and highlight the wood's natural patterns. The table is treated with an acrylic finish, so whether that is compatible with a wood oil depends entirely on the type of acrylic used. We contacted Bizzotto's customer service asking about that, and they emailed back the standard "maintenance information" for the table their supplier gave to them, saying they cannot help me with technical information as they only import and resell. To me, it's pretty ridiculous that they sell a table for that amount of money, and don't even know the specs themselves, but ok. I asked for a contact of their supplier or producer, so I could talk with people who knew, but Bizzotto told me they do not give out information about their supplier or the producer of the table. They instead asked me to contact a local wood workshop and ask them, or contact the reseller I bought the table from. Which obvisouly knows even less than Bizzotto does. Bizzotto is essentially just a "man in the middle", which inflates the prices of the merchandise and dumps all responsibility to their own reseller, negating any help to the customers. To be fair, the table itself is really nice, but I will definitely not buy here again. Clown of a customer service.
