Billybelt Tracking Order Status

Got a belt in the wrong size. Despite listing free returns on their homepage banner, only refunded £21 of a £38 order. No reply from them. Had to file a chargeback on my credit card.

Firstly i have had a billy belt for many years and the product is great - so ordered further belts but direct from their online store. Have to say the sizing guide is terrible and i ended up buying too small. the returns process is terrible - all in french (for a UK order, no option to change language in the order section...), no return address and left very uncertain by the whole thing.... Need to up your game BillyBelt...
