MGM is a casino. They are a business. I understand the aspect of making money by convincing people that they have a chance to have more. They have given me a couple to a few very nice wins. I have also lost more than I should have to them. The games are fun, the payout can be awesome and for the most part the site functions correctly. I'm currently on a pretty bad losing streak and every game I play drains my balance. Over a month now of straight dead spins on every deposit almost every day. I think the best thing they could do is at least feed some monies back to people that stay loyal. Regardless, I appreciate what I have gotten and enjoy most of my time playing. You're all mad because you gambled and lost. I'm mad because I did too. We were mostly doomed anyway so at least they offer hope no matter how bad the odds. Thank you, MGM for existing even though you know how to rob me without a gun.

Michigan got 900 million last year from online gaming. Players won 2 billion. That is a lil crazy. We should have won more!!! It’s our money. I think the random number generator algorithms need to be checked because these people are stealing money from people!!!!!! It’s bad. So bad it’s criminal. I wouldn’t play on BetMGM if I was you. I have been playing the same game for over 3 years. I play consistently at least 5 days a week and play all the way to $20 a spin. To date, I have never won a large jackpot or anything close to what I spend in the year. I have played thousands and am a Platinum member. A couple of weeks ago I sent an email requesting a cash bonus considering it’s been weeks since I have received a bonus or won anything. The response was, “they can’t offer a bonus because there aren’t any available, but keep playing and eventually I will receive one” unbelievable!

When I began this game? I play very rarely but I won every maybe 5 or 6 spins, I mean, I won little Increments stuff and I got from $10.00 deposit. I won $65 and I kept playing it cuz It was fun.. now you never win. You get 16 cents or 12 cents. It is not the same and I it's lame. I just pilfer away money. You know, I'm not a high roller, but. Still, it's not even fun anymore. It's just tiny wins no excitement. plead and there's no wins in 10 tries? I never even get the spin option, i used to get it every time i logged on a game. There's no spins, there's no fun. I just want to let you know that all the things have changed. Something happened in the last couple months and it's no more fun.
