I ordered from Berrylook a couple of months ago. I would email them and not receive a response. I then just happened to look up the reviews. Wow!! I then of course began to panic, and email them without receiving a response. I told my partner and he was worried. All of a sudden the clothes came. I ordered sizes I thought I'd fit. Most women know it's give or take. The clothes of course are on the smaller side. They are coming from China! That's what I couldn't understand from all the scathing reviews I was reading! Now anyone who has a bit of a brain would know Chinese people are very tiny! Of course the clothes are smaller. They complain about the make, fabric. I think the clothes are the same. Again, every woman is different. The pandemic has wreaked havoc on everything and everyone. I now understand why I , along with other people, never received a response! The pandemic had shut everything and everyone down and they were trying to play catch up. That is what I am assuming. I just needed to put this out there as the world is becoming a cold and hateful place, and we as humans are the worst animals on the planet, and the news and reviews show me daily that this is sad and wrong. I also want to add that I love their jeans!
