My monitor vanished for a month while it was meant to be repaired. The final straw was a replacement (they either couldn’t repair it or didn’t have parts) being sent to Manchester (I live in Greater London). Luckily I managed to find a couple of team members (one in Holland and one in The U.K.) who resolved my issue. I’m grateful to them but of course it would have saved their time if I’d had a decent experience in the first place. I’ve revised my review from a one star but am leaving this as a true reflection of a poor experience that shouldn’t have required me to find competent team members within Benq, for what was a very simple warranty repair.

Bought a professional editing monitor a year and a half ago, excellent quality, and it's *almost* perfectly calibrated out of the box. I wouldn't mind it being a tid bit less saturated and warm (i.e. closer to true calibration), but I can't complain cosnidering the price and quality, especially not for something that is fixable as easily as calibration is.

I own a Benq gaming monitor since 2013 and it has never had any issue with it since all those years. Is very well build and you can feel the high quality of its construction. I highly recommend this brand to anyone
