Becextech New Zealand Tracking Order Status

Order came in with logic board issues

Purchased a iphone mini with all the money my daughter had saved - it went missing or stolen during transit & because we didn't take out optional postal insurance $25 from Australia they wouldn't lodge claim on NZ Post! International express with tracking should already cover stolen items! Very miserable experience, was offered $150 store credit. Repurchased item & took the crucial Postal insurance! Has been shipped so hopefully will get it this time! I suggest you include insurance as part of the purchase! Not happy ended up costing an extra $684NZD which i covered on my daughter's behalf. Don't see why purchaser should be out of pocket! Big company, can't you not afford to keep them happy or reimburse? Absolutely Pissed off!

This Company is deceptive and deceitful - be warned Finally received phone after waiting more than a month to be delivered The phone was sent from Hong Kong, the instructions were only in local language and the USB charger had a HK plug and some crap adaptor was included that didn’t even fit any plugs - on closer inspection it had no Nokia seals and just a Becextech sticker as the seal - setting off alarm bells! Terrible Company using deceptive advertising on their products claiming they have new stocks and quick supply - stay well clear of them Had loads of issues with the phone and contacted Nokia to see if it was a fake, they advised it was only for the Hong Kong market and would need to be returned there for repair I made numerous requests for return and refund without success They take your money and then source local phones from Asia which are rubbish while you wait

Be aware this company Be aware this company. Courier agreed phone lost in transit. Gave them claim form to fill. BecexTech still refuses to give replacement. Scammm.. $900 gone.. if you look for something cheap. Think again
