Took out a subscription on the basis of Ethical Consumer’s rating for the company. Website very easy to negotiate, and the first packs arrived less than 24 hours later. We’ve taken a couple of weeks to transfer our (lively!) Cocker Spaniel puppy onto the new food, and are interested that 2 friends who hadn’t seen him for a week or 2 independently commented this weekend on how much calmer he is than last time they saw him. Maybe it’s coincidence, but…

This is the first order we have placed, and it was really easy to use the site. All the products were explained really well, we knew what we wanted and read through each product until we found the correct food.
