I am so disappointed with this company. I have never traveled outside of the US and was so excited for this trip. It's been nothing but a headache dealing with this company for travel plans. Waiting for over a month now for a refund I was told I would receive and still nobody can give me any information on this issue. When you call and ask for someone who speaks English, you don't get one and nobody can understand the words coming out of your mouth. Then when you ask for someone else or a supervisor they tell you over and over again "have to fill out form for supervisor" I will never ever book a trip with this company ever again and will make sure to blast this bad customer service/company practices of stealing money everywhere I can

Ett bra hotell med bra läge

I visited with family in June with family (Allegro Palma Real, Varadero Cuba, a Barcelo hotel). We had 2 rooms, both Mosquito infested. I killed over 80 of them in my first hour. Unfortunately, my in-laws next door didn't kill as many and their children spent the rest of the week being bitten, I of them caught Dengue and it was at least 50% probable it was there. I asked reception multiple times to speak with the Director ''Alejandro'', who never bothered his lazy ''you know what'' in 1 full week to respond. I later complained to the Barcelo group and their customer service was pathetic, they went through the motions offering me a future discount instead of addressing the real questions I asked them. Then they ignored my requests to speak to someone more senior. Apart from the mosquito plague, the rest of the hotel was at best average-boring all inclusive food with ridiculous queues anytime something appetising appeared, mixed staff, some very helpful (especially the chef who went out of his way to cook us something when the queues beat us) and some have clearly given up. To me, the fault here is management and owners, who I think are the Barcelo hotel group and Cuban government, they are allowing this place fall apart, spending no money, employing poor management and demotivating employees. Until some serious investment and care is put into this place, I would not stay here for free and even if they paid me.............
