Aura Tracking Order Status

I would like to thank the people of aura for doing such a good job and talking with me today,it was a pleasure chatting with the lady I spoke with,she explained everything to where I could understand.wsy to go guys,good job.

The immediate notifications and alerts make me feel more secure. I called to get more information about a security alert and every person I spoke with was considerate and went through all the steps that I needed to take. Honestly, I wouldn't have known about the potential fraud without Aura and their timely alerts.

After a brief conversation, Bob knew exactly what to do to fix my problem. He did it and my problem was rectified. Knowledgeable, considerate and polite. This was probably my 5th call to support and I spent a couple of hours on the phone with other personnel to no avail. With Bob it was about 10 minutes and done. I hope to never have to call support again but if I do, I hope I get Bob.

Jevon is a terrific representative for Identity Guard/Aura. He possesses the rare quality these days of PATIENCE. He answered all my questions clearly so that a 76 yr. old could readily understand. And by the way, he was also nice and friendly. All these things matter, particularly in today's world.
