What a fabulous company. The customer service I received from Charelle was absolutely phenomenal. I will never buy jewellery from another company, they look after their customers and the quality of the products are exceptional. Thank you again Charelle - you are an asset to the company!

My teenage daughter and I visited their new flagship Carnaby Street store this morning and it was a fantastic experience. Of course there was a queue outside when we arrived and I believe we walked through the store doors after about an hour. Whilst waiting in line, the A&M team provided visitors with matcha tea and chocolates. Once inside, the store was beautifully laid out, bright, and welcoming. There was a fantastic display of jewellery including the exclusive emerald collection which my daughter and I are obsessed with! We did not make a purchase today, however we noted the top three pieces my daughter liked the most, and we will return soon to purchase it as a gift for her upcoming birthday next month. In closing, I would emphasis the great customer service by the team. However, we were most impressed by our consultant, Sergio, and the store manager. We look forward to a return visit. Well done to the A&M team at Carnaby Street for such a successful first day.

Friendly helpful staff and a beautiful store, tried necklace on before purchase to check the length. Staff very helpful with this then item beautifully packaged to take away. Will definitely return here.

I’ve bought numerous pieces of jewellery from A&M both in store and online and have always had a great experience. The jewellery is gorgeous and great quality. I have had my ears pierced again twice since I started shopping at A&M so I could buy more of the lovely earrings! I just wish there was a store closer to where I live!
