They are knowledgeable, but without a verification code. You can't finish your account.

I needed to make a wire transfer, and Mitch, who assisted me, made it a very easy and straightforward process.

I used to use Aspiration a lot, but just closed my account after learning they are charging me for NOT using it. Plenty of other options, they are no longer useful for my finances. Used to be a good service, but I think charging me for simply not using the card is wrong.

Love the mission and the customer service seems to be on par with that, which can be rare.
