Motto Aspen Dental Tracking Order Status

I had a lower denture plate after teeth extractions in April 2024, since then I have been back to Aspen 4 times for relining my plate because I can't chew anything due to pain when chewing and plate moves and will not stay in place. The impression for my denture is absolutely terrible and told them I would like a new one and a I was told I had to wait 6 months, so I have no lower denture to chew with so I have to mash everything I eat, I would not recommend them to have any denture work done at that facility

I went to Aspen Dental in Phoenix, AZ and had the BEST experience. This is coming from someone who has experience damage from a few car accidents, so the dentist trips have not been under good circumstances. Dr Zeng and his team were OUTSTANDING!!!! Here is another thing to consider, because the front office was so efficient, not to mention all of the staff it made a complete wonderful enjoyable visit. Thank you Aspen Dental in Arcadia you rock!!!

I sing nothing but praises for the Aspen Dental Offie located in Steubenville, Ohio. Dr. Williams is absolutely wonderful on every level. He is patient, makes sure I am completely numbed up before initiating any painful procedures. He patiently listens to my concerns. This absolutely helped diminish my anxiety as I was having all of my upper teeth removed under local anesthesia (my choice to go local). It took about 45 minutes to completely numb my upper jaw (I am difficult to numb). But it was only 30 minutes to remove my teeth. He stitched them up, inserted the temporary upper denture. My smile was beautiful! I never had to look at the missing teeth until later. The denture helped apply pressure to the wounds. He prescribed Vicodin for pain. I never needed to take them because plain Tylenol did the trick. The office staff worked very well with Dr. Williams. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing dentures or teeth extractions. I have to say for me this is not the worst dental company, but as you will find multiple reviews online and in my personal experience they are more oriented to sell you a treatment even though you may not need everything they offer in that treatment. I just want to advise to read in detail everything that is listed in their treatment plan before signing it. They include electric toothbrush, toothpaste gel, and even mouth wash and all overpriced compared what you will find on-line somewhere else. Make sure that you are not getting an estimate and instead ask them to confirm the fees and coverage with your insurance. You will get future and surprise bills from them with their "special adjustments" if your dental insurance doesn't cover a service from that estimated treatment. If in your treatment they recommend a scaling and root planing (deep cleaning) they will probably include Arestin antibiotics. This is not covered by most dental insurance. Actually as far as I know is not covered by any dental plan. This antibiotic doesn't make any big difference, it could be ineffective helping your gums health. They are expecting you to pay for as many Arestin antibiotics for each tooth they consider you need it. Search online to find out the poor reviews about Arestin. Before making a decision to proceed with one of their treatment offered look for a second or third opinion when possible.

I bought my dentures from Aspen in Uniontown, PA . years ago and this is the second time I have had them relined. Of coarse I had to pay 60 % down before they would schedule me. Then when I went in to get them done I had to pay before they did it. I have had to call this is the second time I have had to call for an adjustment which takes abous 10 minutes but I always have to wait because they are booked.
