I am not a professional designer, so the staff were very helpful in explaining the printing requirements. I even received a phone call which is rare these days! The banner turned out exactly as I hoped.

The project took much longer than expected forcing us to switch to 2-day air shipping and when the products arrived (table cover + pole banner) the colors did not match even though we had paid extra for color matching.
