Lucie at your Soho shop made sure that the bottles of wine I wanted to buy from different Amathus shops were gathered up and sent to your warehouse/depot so they could be bought and dispatched as one unit. Lucie made sure that the logistics were dealt with quickly and that I could purchase all the remaining bottles of a particular wine in one neat transaction. 5 * service and confirmation by email! I recommend she is awarded an immediate pay rise as she needs to be retained in the business and recognised for her ability to cultivate new customers and generate new business. I will be returning to buy nice wines because of this experience!
