Food nearly always cold.it don't matter what time you leave the hotel to go home .Armbands back by midday.If you want carried on with your inclusive,they charged you another £25 pounds,for few hours.all years I travel ,never since this before

The hotel is beautiful on the outside staff can't do enough for you l went all inclusive and was not impressed. The rooms l had sea view were very badly designed. No where to get changed and bathroom was all open. Stable type door on toilet not private at all. We ended up using hotel toilet at times.Shower door the same so when someone had a shower all room was wet. The food was atrocious not much variety and ifyou didn't get there early you had nothing.l went with a friend from work for the first time holiday and room was unbelievable. I just came back but in season a club next door would very horrendous.

We travelled from the UK with Jet2 to enjoy a 10-day holiday at the Aluasoul Carolina Majorca. Upon arrival, the hotel staff checked us in - in minutes and we were shown to our rooms on the ninth floor. The view from the hotel across the bay is nothing less than stunning. The hotel is well equiped to cover all holiday needs. The wonderful reception staff were there for us 24/7 and helped us with everyting from excursion bookings to advice on local places to see during our stay. The rooms were perfect. A professional maid service was there each day and included new towels, mini bar top up, room cleaning etc. The rooms were spotless. The restaurant floor manager could not have been more helpful, ditto the restaurant staff. The chefs were brilliant and I am already missing my daily omlettes ! In summary, our stay was wonderful, we chilled, walked and visited the local areas of interest. A special thanks goes to the reception staff, Sandra and Carlos. They sorted out our last-minute issues when we missed our return flight home !! Well done and thank you for all of your help.

AluaSoul Palma. Var der to voksne i tre nætter i Påsken 2024. Rigtig flot hotel, pænt og rent. Virkeligt sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig. Restauranten og var var rigtig flot og havde flot udvalg af mad/dessert/drinks. Meget lydt; på værelset hørte man let når nogen gik på gangen. Tæt på lufthavnen, så især siden med udsigt mod Palma hørte fly hele tiden. Hotellet lå cirka 1 kilometer fra bylivet (butikker, strand, restauranter) i Can Pastilla; fin gåtur derind. Alt i alt rigtig godt hotel; kommer der gerne igen.

Enttäuschend. Der erste Eindruck war gut. Aber als wir am 3 Tag immer noch die Wassergläser vom 1. Tag hatten, neue Handtücher gebracht aber die schmutzigen auf dem Boden liegen blieben, sowie neue Kaffeekapseln gebracht aber die schmutzigen Kaffeetassen nicht gegen saubere ausgetauscht wurden, bröckelte die anfangs schöne Fassade. Internet ist praktisch nicht vorhanden!! Wir waren in My Favourite Club Fuerteventura Suites. Alle Liegen sind ab 9:00 mit Strandtüchern belegt, traurig das es in „My Favorit Club“ so primitiv zugeht und auch von der Hotelleitung nichts dagegen unternommen wird. Die Minibar wird nicht aufgefüllt, das heißt AI ohne Getränke auf dem Zimmer, nicht mal im Club!! Die App ist ein Witz, oder die Umsetzung des Services, funktioniert nicht, ist auch nicht gut zu handhaben. Restaurant buchen über die App nicht möglich, man soll morgens zu irgend einem Stand auf einem Platz laufen um am selben Tag zu reservieren aber nur von 10:30-11:30 Uhr ist das möglich, telefonisch auch nicht! Das ist nicht Kunden/ Gast freundlich, das ist Steinzeit! Genauso wie das Wechseln der Strandtücher, ich soll aus My Favoriten Club raus und an einem der anderen Pools suchen wo ich das Badetuch tauschen kann. Die Essens Auswahl für My Favorit Club, ist sehr eingeschränkt und unterscheidet sich außer in der Einrichtung und ein bisschen Service kaum in der Qualität der Speisen des Hauptrestaurants / Kantine, wo wir öfters Essen waren weil die Auswahl schon an Vorspeisen größer war wie in My Favorit Club Restaurant. Die Matratzen und Kopfkissen sind nicht Komfortabel eher untere Preisklasse. Es war die Zugehörigkeit zu Hyatt warum ich Alua gebucht habe, ich habe eine Grundbasis, vor allem an Hygiene erwartet. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt mit Handkehrblech und Sprühflaschen!!(Putz) Wasser wird hier gesparrt !! Dusche wird nicht gereinigt. Es gibt einen Teppich im Zimmer, an keinem Reinigungswagen habe ich einen Staubsauger gesehen. Das schönste ist die Gartenanlage, die ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön aber auch die Ruhe im Club und allgemein ( März ) in der Anlage. Das Personal ist zum großen Teil sehr freundlich und nett.
