Alternative Airlines (US) Tracking Order Status

Great option if you’re not flying within 48 hours… I booked a flight Saturday night for Monday morning and it didn’t get confirmed until 4 hours before the flight. Luckily it worked out well 😝

Yes, the perk of booking through Alternative is it’s affiliation with Clearpay, however when it comes to customer service and being complacent with the Equality Act 2010, under the clause on reasonable adjustments to disabled consumers, who are particularly severely learning disabled. Like when I traumatically chose the wrong date by mistake, they penalise me with an alteration fee, which I can’t afford on top of the flight itself! Their capitalist policy is very much a breach and would therefore challenge them to make exceptions, or I will be forced to take it up with ABTA & Trading Standards

I was in St Domingo and needed to go to Curacao as soon as I was back in my hometown and waiting till I arrived to buy a ticket I would not get a ticket for the next day. Now I know this is resolved and I can enjoy my stay here cause my trip to Curacao is already taken care of.

I have used Alternative Airlines before and everything was as stated and no hidden fees or surprises! I recommend them to anyone who has travel plan. Great experience!
