A very smooth transaction, from ordering through delivery. And the coffee beans themselves are delicious it makes a fantastic cuppa coffee.

Great attention to detail with my order checking after my E-cheque payment failed and then patiently dispatching after this was rectified. The coffee itself (decaf beans) took a little getting used to, but now I’ve worked out how strong I like it and how fine to grind it, I really can’t fault it. Good rounded taste profile, decaf has come a long way! Luckily the resealable bags keep it dark and fresh.

I was scouting around for a coffee gift for my husband when I found Alpaca Coffee. I chose to buy from Alpaca because of the wealth of information and the transparency regarding the origins of the coffee. I am excited by Alpaca's want to go beyond Fairtrade, pushing past the limits of FT is something I have felt strongly about for a long time. I'm not a massive coffee nut but I did try a few cups and it's really good! Just as important is the price point and I am very happy to pay when I can see so much effort and care has gone into it. I had to contact Alpaca via email about my order and Victoria was super helpful, great comms. Nescafe no more!
