I was impressed by the customer service a lady went above and beyond to help me again find a dress for my wife with a budget and didn’t make me feel any different for having one thank you Christina and I will be returning again

Recently purchased around 10 pieces from this store online, had never tried this brand before. Overall the experience on the website was good and the return process is 10/10, but the quality is definitely lacking. However for the price, you get what you pay for. I really think they need to work on quality though and also the fits, half the items were crazy small. But there was some wins in the order, some are really good quality. I would buy again off them, but I would only buy when it's on sale, as spending more than $50 on one of their items is not worth it.

I purchased 3 items - All 3 of them, the fabric use is extremely bad quality (low grade polyesters) - The designs on the website shows the fabrics very different than in real life. The clothing sizes are much larger than regular sizing. I tried to return the items, we went back an forth several times (wasting my time) and the final outcome was they refunded me 50% of my $$ and told me to give the clothing to someone.
