Allied Electronics & Automation Tracking Order Status

As my worst experience so far. 1. Instead of asking us to provide official document with the company address the staff assumes we have to have an address on Google Maps and if we do not, they cancel our order. 2. Completely miss organized, via email said the order ships, than a person said it didn’t, than the automated email came and the order status was Shipped, but it was actually not and nobody wanted to say anything before I called to confirm it. 3. Saying that they are a government company which is not true. Than other people on the phone said that they work with government and so they require some company verification, but they don’t ask you anything, they just say “this address you provided is another company’s address. I see on google maps it’s a beer shop, it’s not your office, you don’t a have a number of suite, so your address is not valid”. So what if we do not choose how to name the street and the office number, it is official address not made by us, we provide what we have. The company is officially registered to this address. But making a step back: why even should we to fight over the company address validation if we order PUSH BUTTONS. They are just buttons that are not regulated by anyone. So in the end of the next day of fights they refuse to send us buttons and properly explain why, we ordered them on Mouser and received next day.

Bought a raspberry pi, as it wasn't in stock it was 'pre-ordered' with no shipping info, it was then sent and had a huge shipping fee & import tax. Company hasn't responded to any email - avoid.

Does not ship in time. I have ordered raspi-3 for 10 days now, no action, no responce. Charges hefty for shipment. No communication for weeks. Pathetic service.
