AirportParking Tracking Order Status

this is the 2 time that I make a parking reservation. and never have had a problem with this website.

I have been using park2fly parking, when I travel out of JFK. I have to say that their staff are very professional and friendly. I have found that management cares for giving the best service to their costumer and are always there to solve any issue that my arise. Making the costumer feel that their car are in good hands. Offers a full range of options for parking at various airports for specific travel dates. I've used it numerous times and always find the information to be accurate. When I arrive at the parking facility, my reservation is always in their system. Once on the email list, the periodic (modest) discount codes are nice too!

Getting picked up at the airport was great. On time and a great driver. But the day we arrived to go to the airport the driver didn't pull up to my car. She was at least 6 cars away from mine. Never helped me with my luggage. I had to drag it to the van while she stood there. Not happy about that.

I wish I had known before I hit submit that I needed to print my receipt, my printer doesn’t work. I usually have things saved to my phone. Other than that the website is fine.
