Bought a 2400 watt unit. The unit was faulty and would shut off automatically while in use. contacted aferiy and sent me a brand new unit. Thanks aferiy for the awesome customer service.

I had to return my Aferiy solar generator for repair under warranty (AC output disconnects randomly). Firstly they didn't want to pay for the return postage which they are obliged to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, after I educated them on their responsibility they agreed to refund postage as a 'gesture of good will' - Huh? but to date I still have not been re-imbursed. Secondly they have now had my unit for 5 weeks and have stopped responding to my emails asking for an update. **1st July finally they have shipped my solar generator back to me. Strangely they have changed the solar input from an Anderson connector to a XT90 - why? it had an AC ouput problem. Also no sign of postage re-imbursement. **4th July - despite my unit being away for repair for 5 weeks it still has exactly the same fault. **18th July - postage finally refunded and my unit has been collected by Aferiy to once again try to fix the fault. **23rd August After several failed repair attempts Aferiy have now exchanged my unit. I will test the new unit to see if it has the same fault. **31st August The new unit appears to be working ok without any random AC disconnects. I had to spend a fair amount of time pestering Aferiy but at least they eventually did the right thing by exchanging the whole unit.

I purchased an Aferiy AF P210 at a decent price. It is a great piece of kit. As good if not better than others costing £100’s more. It has run everything I have plugged into it. First time I have purchased from Aferiy and it is so good I wished I had purchased the larger unit. Unfortunately I’ve now spent my money. Great buy 👍
