AceHardware Tracking Order Status

I have loved Ace hardware over the years. Yesterday was a shock. I needed one good pulsating sprinkler to attach to a hose for a small garden bed. I asked if someone could show me how to adjust it. No one was interested, not even the store manager. He said he didn't have time to Google it even thought there were no other customers waiting. I went home and finally figured it out myself. I hope this is an anomaly. This Ace store is in Skyland in South Asheville, NC.

Stopped into the Old Cheney store in Lincoln, Scotty Lehl was able to help me solve a problem to make a reverse hose split.

Ace on mission blvd gives the best customer service. Stihl weed wacker had old style cap that couldn't be replaced. Hector helped me get warranty and walked old completely satisfied.
