A Beautiful World Tracking Order Status

I ordered for the first time a week before Christmas and it was delivered in 3 days, beautifully presented and left me extremely happy with the service I received. I shall be using this company in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A minha experiência foi boa, embora não tenha recebido a encomenda, pois foi cancelada. Devido ao COVID e ao Brexit, após fazer a compra, informaram-me que não estão a efetuar para já vendas para Portugal e portanto cancelaram a compra e reembolsaram o dinheiro!

This company really do go above and beyond the usual customer service. After several orders that were dispatched incredibly promptly, I experienced a mix-up which was down to a courier company rather than abeautifulworld. Despite not being their issue, Michele took the time to call me personally to update me. They respond to queries incredibly promptly and actually remember individual customers so you feel really valued and taken care of. I’ve now stopped using larger beauty companies and couldn’t be happier to support this small business and hope they continue to flourish in the future - they deserve to! I would recommend them to anyone - they stock a well considered and curated selection of products and really care about what they do - I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.
