Our Carbonator Pro broke approx. 1,5 years after purchase. I contacted the Customer service team and got a reply within 24 hours in which they suggested ways to try and fix the device. Unfortunately that did not work. Again they replied within 24 hours and gave me a generous voucher to buy a replacement machine. Whilst unfortunate that such a relatively expensive device should break after such relatively short time, then the efficient and professional customer service experience compensated.

Customer service experience has been good in the past when I’ve been able to reach them. However they are very slow to respond. I have an issue with my new Carbonater Pro and have written to them three times and still waiting for a response. It’s almost impossible to reach them by phone as no numbers are listed anywhere. I’ve also tired by Facebook messenger but no response either. I wonder if they actually read these reviews
