Aaptiv Tracking Order Status

I have begun an Aaptiv elite tier membership 4 days ago. Two days later, I received a notification that the monthly fee will increase 35%. No. Is this an across the board increase or are they targeting new members with a bait and switch?

They auto renewed my subscription without sending any kind of reminder email. This is very shady practice and probably how they make their money since the app isn’t that good.i contacted the company They were very kind and knowledgeable and great with follow up! Have been a member since 2017 and use the app daily. It's been an absolute saviour during covid lockdowns n isolation when gyms have been closed. Yes, the app does renew automatically. So if you don't like it email the support to cancel. Or login to their website to cancel.

I was caught out be not cancelling subscription before the free trial was up... but that was my fault, I set a reminder to cancel at the end of the year but I couldn't find a way to do it from my account and had to email them. I did try some of the running workouts. It is very 'american' so overly enthusiastic coaches. But I did find the app easy to use and you can filter for the coaches you like and the music you like as well as the exercise type. Although some of them the music was too loud and couldn't hear the coach (I'm not sure if there are settings to change this). I wish they did outdoor cycling workouts that would be good to listen to whilst cycling. I wish you could listen to your own music overlayed too but you can't.

Great workouts for treadmill but there has been no new treadmill content in a really long time If you updated treadmill content regularly would be 5 stars
