A Premium Autoparts Tracking Order Status

Customer service is good but if you don't like waiting at least a week or two for your parts then good luck with that has been over a week now and still not received my parts they keep making excuses why.

Outstanding customer service and quality parts. I've been buying from them for years and I've never had any issues besides me ordering the wrong part by accident in which they were very cooperative with and helped me make it right. I definitely recommend this company.

They sold me a part that was never stocked in the first place. Massive inconvenience and a borderline scam. I will never purchase any auto parts from them again.

Shipping has been saying it’s in New Jersey and label created for five days. Product was supposed to arrive in two days but it hasn’t even shipped and I can’t get a hold of anyone to confirm that it shipped. No one answered the phone. No one replies to emails. I think it’s a fake site.

Scam, simply scam. I had the worst shopping experience, ever.
