4G Internet Tracking Order Status

I live in a rural area and had been on Broadband via the landline through BT. It was painfully slow. I was sceptical about whether the 4G option would be better as often we also do not receive a good mobile signal. I am pleased to say I was wrong and 4G internet is much better. Highly recommend.

Having lived in a rural location for over ten years, with the current infrastructure delivering download speeds of little over 9Mpbs (and comparably slow upload speeds), internet use has been unsatisfying to say the least. National Broadband have excelled: the 5G hub and SIM card were dispatched at lightning speed, and arrived by lunchtime the following day. Within less than five minutes of unboxing it, we were enjoying download speeds of 117.23Mbps (upload 4.42Mbps). It's made working from home a pleasure (previously having to visit family and friends nearby just to send large files). I absolutely recommend National Broadband to rural internet users struggling with slow speeds. It's totally worth it, and wish I'd made the change much sooner!

Had a landline internet before, put chose a mobile device which had a much faster internet speed. My son in law advised me to get it and I am very happy. It was very easy to order online and he set it up for me.

From start to finish, they knew what I needed and speedily arranged an installation date. I live in a poor broadband area but I’m now finally able to watch what I want on TV 😊

Suffering terrible unstable speeds at static caravan. Much better know I’ve had the external antenna professionally aligned and secured. Speeds were usually about 6-12 mbps (sometimes <1). Now I’m getting up to 40 and usually always at least 10 👍
