2xist Tracking Order Status

This company 2xist online service is bad. They claim they want to create a space where men want to shop, but it’s not. They’re quick to take your money, but they are really bad at fulfillment and meaningful order communications. I purchased an order that has sat at the origination location for five days waiting to be picked up by USPS. I inquired and they sent me the exact link with the same status I inquired about. It shouldn’t take over 5+ days to be shipped, and customers service should be relevant to the order issue, not a lazy stock reply. Don’t shop on 2xist.com. It’s more work than it’s worth. Just buy another brand.

Ordered a 3pack of briefs size 34 when they arrived I got 1 size 36 and 2 size 34 and on the box it says size M 31-33

Poor communication with non-US orders. I made an order and paid for the shipping to Vancouver, Canada. A couple weeks later, when the order still hasn't arrived, I check DHL to see it's being held at the customs. I reach out to 2xist customer care, and they essentially say I need to figure out how to release the delivery AND pay for the duties. This should have been communicated when I placed the order or at the very least when the order was stuck for a long time. If I hadn't reached out to them, they would have just slept on it. In the end, releasing the order costed about as much as the order itself. DHL tells me it's usually the responsibility of the shipper to pay any duties, and as a business they need to be aware of these things more than a customer. I like their products but their policies and customer service is not up to par.

Products and selection are decent. I only have 1-2 pair of their underwear, as I have way too many other to choose from.
