Track Lone Star Overnight Packages & Parcels

I have seen no good reviews for this company so I am writing a good review for them because I received my order a day in a advance to my door. I hope everyone have a better experience from here on out.

I know the experiences of almost everyone here are negative, but they delivered my package from Nordstrom's Rack a day earlier than I was quoted. The problem is only 2% of those who have a positive experience will share it versus 80% of those with a negative experience. I don't want to diminish anyone's bad experience, it's an awful feeling to have something you ordered inexplicably go missing. Just want to keep it honest and as accurate as possible for the next person.

If I am being honest I would have gave this company 4 stars because last time my item was shipped with them I never received it. But this time is different. I actually got my order this time and it came like 1-2 weeks before the delivery time which is insane ! I couldn’t believe it. But I think this happened because my package was strictly in the Plano / Dallas area and that’s why ! I read other reviews of people saying their package came but they added they lived in Plano/Dallas so maybe LSO within these areas have their stuff together ? Idk but thanks LSO for doing your job.

Our package was being delivered by LSO, but the address had an issue preventing delivery so I reached out to them. The manager at the Austin delivery location came through and delivered the package himself. That's what I call service!

After reading the comments I was scared lol but this company kept in touch via email and delivered my package on time! Thanks LSO (Kansas City Mo area)
