Track Emirates Post Packages & Parcels

Really I am waiting my delivery long time more than 1 month facing so many problems today finally I get my ATM card thank you Mr_ Hameed today conforming date & time to deliver my order time thank you Emirates post team.

Very bad service

If there is minus(-) Star rating, then I will stick with it, worst experience and delivery guys are born liars.

I had a shipment from China that was sitting at the Emirates Post Depot in Dubai. I wasn’t informed so it mean’t I lost valuable time in organising a delivery to RAK. I had to give the package to relatives as gifts before they left to go abroad. I rang Emirates post and the First Gentleman, contacted his boss to organise a fast track delivery. Against all the odds it arrived in Rak but I then had to get it to my house. A kind lady on the phone rang a man in the Rak depot (Emir Ali) and he managed to get me a Sunday delivery so my family got there presents. This all happened across the weekend and took 3 phone calls. I had absolutely low expectations but Mr Ali and the Emirates staff really came through for me. I have to leave a good review because they went beyond their jobs to help me.

I was at the Hamdan Post Office in Abu Dhabi and the services are totally revamped and excellent. Indeed Madazzer & an Arabic gentleman are very helpful and hard working. Indeed nice to see such a drastic change at Emirates Post.
