I booked flight through yatra for the first time and was suffering from some post booking issues which was not possible to resolve without yatra's support. In fact the air lines denied me to help and adjust my flight timing. Yes, i was not able to contact anybody in yatra but i dropped E mail about my concern and got a call from the management and after getting a call, within 20 minutes my issue got resolved without paying or doing any extra efforts. I very much appreciate your help

Hello, I used yatra.com for getting a Dubai 48hr transit visa. I applied on 29th July, 2022, paid the required fees, which was lowest among all providing this service. I am happy to say that I received my visa, and insurance on 4th August (4 working days). I am quite glad and excited and grateful to yatra.com.

Worst customer care service,I had earlier booked cab from this apponey got deducted but they are not refunding the amount cab has been cancelled.customer care not picking up,auto generated mail response. Lesson learnt never book from this fraud company,they are cheaters

Thank you UPDATED: No refund in sight for 4 canceled PNRs! -------- Yatra's blanket response: As we have checked, your refund application is still pending with the Airline for authorization. United Airlines has already informed me that they have canceled these PNRs and told me to check with the travel agent. What is Yatra doing with my money? I dont believe anything is pending with the Airline. -------- Yatra is giving me the runaround on refund status of 4 PNRs. The airline United Airlines canceled all of them on Sunday March 6th, and has long refunded me a 5th PNR that I had booked directly with them. I have made tickets from yatra.com, due to coronavirus, Cathey pacific had to change my flight schedule, which was not suitable for me, I requested to yatar.com and they resolved my problem within 48 hr. I appreciate your service. thanks to yatra.com
