I don't like giving them one star... should be 0 stars... Like everyone else on here, I placed an order early in November 2022, to this date I have no received anything, nor have I gotten a response to my dozens of support tickets I completed, the dozen of times I posted comments on their Facebook page... nothing, all you get is auto response saying it is a one man show.
Agree with previous reviews. Absolutely no customer service. They do not respond to any contact. It's been three months since I placed my order (and they charged my card) and has been listed as "In Progress" during that time. No response from the company in my attempts to contact them.
Suffice it to say, my review is a carbon copy of all the other reviews. Order paid in Oct 2022, never shipped, charged, even emails stating shipment ready. Have attempted contact via 3 support tickets, 3 emails, Facebook and their posted phone number which is disconnected, all with no response. I finally disputed charge with PayPal and am awaiting outcome. Sad because I love their shorts, but will never buy from them again. One thing Jerry has got to learn is to take care of the people that put food on your table. Evidently he has no clue what good customer service is.
I made an order in October 2021 worth $215.28 with my credit card charged. The package was never shipped according to USPS. I followed up with several emails, two letters, including once with registered mail. There was no response at all.
After months of not receiving my order, unable to contact anyone at Woof, unanswered help tickets, no response on social media I finally disputed the charge with my bank. Hopefully it will prompt them to either send my products or refund my money.
