Customer service is great, very responsive. I like the preloaded workouts. Enjoy doing the 30min workout sessions. I like my 2 in 1 walking pad treadmill. Convenient for the amount space I have. Would get a treadmill when I have more room one day.

I bought my WP009 a few months ago. I did encounter a slight issue with the belt misaligning after some use, but customer service was quick to respond and sent me a helpful video guide on how to adjust the belt. I followed the instructions in the video, and the belt was perfectly aligned afterward. I’ve noticed a tiny bit of misalignment after 1-2 months of frequent use, but it’s very minor and something I can easily accept. Given how often I use the treadmill, it's not surprising, and overall, it’s still working great!

Customer service accidentally admitted to me that they are deceptive about the weight capacity of their treadmills. I was told they have a "recommended" capacity and a "maximum" capacity. Of course, the website only mentions the maximum capacity. No mention is made of the recommended capacity. The maximum capacity was 75 pounds higher than the recommended capacity. When I got my treadmill, the belt would drag and it was very dangerous to walk on, probably because I weighed more than the "recommended" capacity! And my unit arrived damaged. There was a dent on the side of the unit. They gave me a discount for agreeing to keep the damaged unit. But when I asked for additional help with the dragging belt, they told me that my account was settled since I already got a partial refund and they refused to help me any further. I didn't realize that by keeping the damaged unit and accepting a partial refund, I would be voiding the promised 2 year warranty. Customer service is great when you're shopping for a treadmill. You can call their 800 number and speak with a rep. But if you have problems after the sale, you can only communicate with them via email and they are very slow to respond. And when they do respond, they always have the same advice: "tighten the belt" or "center the belt." Eventually, they will just stop replying altogether. This company is scammy and does not stand by the 2 year warranty they advertise. Also, they use a 3rd party company to process all of the reviews on their website - I'm assuming that's why all of the reviews are 5 stars. I tried leaving a bad review on their Instagram account and Wellfit immediately deleted it. This is a terrible company. I suggest you stay far away.

I would highly recommend not buying anything from this company. I bought one of their treadmills and received it in poor condition. It looked as if I was given someone’s return - really poor packaging, lack of screen protector film, etc. The end result was a pretty scratched and beat up treadmill. I contacted customer service to try and find a solution but I’m now 12 emails deep and this has dragged out for 6 weeks now. The last 5 emails I requested them to honor their 30-day hassle free return and refund policy (I was well within the timeframe when making this request) and my request has been simply ignored and not even acknowledged in their response offering me things like $15 refund or a free tread pad which has no relevance to the damage I have. My most recent email was just ghosted altogether. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience. There is no customer service to call, only an email that is clearly not based out of the US as all responses come around 2am EST. I really think this company is a scam. They do not honor their policies, and based on my experience I would not be surprised if the “2 year warranty” is not enforced either. Sharing in the hopes that no one has to experience what I have.
