Ok. So as a maturer woman (50) size 14 UK. I Thought the VB style adoring to look at but dare not put on my body. I went into brown Thomas in Dublin and they were extremely helpful. I put on a size 14 dress and the lovely young assistant said I would be more suited to a UK12?!? Huh? I’m no 12. So I think the sizing is suberb. I felt more comfortable in the 14 but did not suit the pastel colour they only had. So on advice I chose to go on to the website to order in red. But so disappointed that it was in a different fabric. Anyway. I had to return. Disappointedly. Paid for signed shipping from IRL. WAITED AND WAITED. Emailed and contacted customer support and send proof of postage. To their credit it was sorted out and refund in my a/x following day. I just want to applaud an exclusive brand that make real sizes for real women. Even though I may not have found my Cinderella gown for my daughter’s wedding. I will keep looking VB!! You have me hooked, on quality, sizing

J’y ai trouvé 2 robes magnifiques pour ma femme grâce au conseil de la responsable qui est vraiment professionnelle car cela faisait 1 mois que je cherchais un cadeau pour ma femme et là elle a su exactement ce qu’il me fallait !!! Merci encore je reviendrai très vite !!!

Can’t recommend this company enough- I can’t understand the reviews at all! The customer service was exceptional, very generous compensation as well for a small mistake and then when I’ve made a mistake (ordered present to wrong address) they sent a new order without asking me to return the old one! The items are the highest quality (and I’ve tried many brands- not been as consistently impressed as I have with Victoria Beckham). Please don’t listen to the reviews- give them a try, you won’t be disappointed! (I sound like I work for VB! 😆 I feel so grateful to their generosity and quality- it seems an injustice not to be recognized for this!)

I was looking for a special dress for my 30th wedding anniversary in August and as I had bought a number of pieces from Victoria Beckham in the past and found them all to be well designed and beautifully made, I looked at her website. I found a perfect cream silk dress and ordered the dress on line. I then panicked that it wouldn't arrive in time so called the store and spoke to Ivan. He took care of everything and made sure he had two sizes waiting for me to try on so the fit was perfect. He steamed the one I picked so it was absolutely perfect for me to take away. He was so friendly and made the whole experience a lot of fun.
