I am skeptical about the negative reviews on this website. Friendly drivers, nice cars and apparently they charge their drivers less commission than uber which makes me happy!

I've always had a decent experience with ViaVan. It isn't always as convenient as Uber, and can take a little longer depending on the route, but it's still way cheaper than Uber and faster that London's public transport. So I guess it's kind of in the middle - if you're too broke for Uber but don't want to spend an hour getting home on the night bus, ViaVan is the perfect in-between service to use.
